02 / 06 How I work

Nicole Wren, psychologist, smiling, in a dark blazer

Caring, evidence-based therapy focused on real progress you can see.

  1. (1)

    Getting to know you

Our first sessions are about understanding what's happened, how it's affecting you and what needs fixing.

  2. (2)

    Evidence-based treatment

Therapy grounded in research, such as CBT and ACT, with practical strategies you can use at home and at work.

  3. (3)

    Progress you can see

Short, standard measures each session show us what's working, so we can adjust the plan together. With your consent, your GP stays informed.
